Welcome to Travel on the Go. By accessing our website, using our services, or booking travel with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Travel on the Go.

  • “Client” refers to the person or entity booking travel services.

  • “Services” refers to all travel-related bookings and consultancy provided by Travel on the Go, including flights, accommodation, transport, visa assistance, and insurance.

 


 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through an authorized platform.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure bookings, depending on supplier policies.

  • Final payment must be made before the ticketing or service delivery deadline.

  • Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or other approved methods.

 


 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.

  • The company will charge a service fee for processing cancellations or changes.

  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 4–8 weeks to process and will be less any non-refundable charges.

  • Travel on the Go is not liable for costs resulting from delays or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

 


 

4. Travel Documentation

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other necessary documentation.

  • Travel on the Go may assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approvals.

  • The company will not be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

 


 

5. Changes by the Client

  • Changes to bookings (names, dates, etc.) must be requested in writing.

  • Additional fees may apply, as per airline or supplier conditions.

  • Late changes may result in loss of original booking and/or financial penalties.

 


 

6. Changes by the Company

  • If circumstances require, Travel on the Go reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or bookings.

  • In the event of a major change, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer alternatives.

  • Refunds or compensation will be provided only where required by law or supplier policy.

 


 

7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through our consultants.

  • Clients are responsible for understanding the coverage and submitting claims directly to the insurer.

 


 

8. Liability

  • Travel on the Go acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or errors.

  • We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

9. After-Hours and Emergency Services

  • 24/7 support is available for emergencies and urgent travel assistance.

  • Fees may apply for services rendered outside normal business hours.

 


 

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Travel on the Go and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 


 

11. Privacy

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the use of your information as outlined therein.

 


 

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African legal processes.
